Baked Chicken

1 Whole Chicken
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Rosemary (slightly ground)
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Cracked Pepper

In a large measuring cup, add oil, vinegar, and all spices and mix well.
Place chicken in a baking pan, breast down. Rub spice mixture on chicken, pouring any remaining over the chicken.

Bake on 350º, 20 minutes for each pound or until done. Baste occasionally.

Serve with rice pilaf and your favorite vegetable!
