Buttermilk Pie
1/2 Cup Flour
3 3/4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1 Tsp Salt
6 Eggs
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Unbaked 9" Pastry Shells
Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Melt butter and add with eggs to mixture, beating slightly with mixer.
Add buttermilk and beat with spoon to combine.
Add vanilla. Blend.
Pour into pastry shells.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until pie is firm from center to edges and golden brown.
