Chewy Pecan Pralines

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup White Corn Syrup
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Pecan Halves

Cook sugar and syrup to a firm bal (245 degrees).
Remove from heat and slowly add cream and milk.
Return to heat and cook to 242 degrees, stirring often.
Remove from heat, add pecans and vanilla and mix well.
Drop by spoonful on buttered cookie sheet (do not use wax paper).
When firm, wrap individually in plastic wrap.
