Chicken Teriyaki

3 lb chicken
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1 sm. clove garlic mashed

Mix soy sauce, wine sugar, ginger and garlic.Put cut up chicken in large bowl and pour mixture over. Let chicken marinade for 1-3 hours.(The longer the better)
Remove chicken and place in oven safe dish.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Baste with marinade every 15 minutes.

Serve with long grain wild rice.
