Cream Puffs
Crust
1 cup self rising flour
4 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 cup water
Bring water and margarine to boil. Remove from heat; add flour, stir well.
Let cool to lukewarm. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each one.
Spread this mixture in a buttered glass baking dish (10" pie plate).
Bake at 400° for 25-35 minutes. (Bake until golden brown crust around sides of dish.)
Filling
2 big boxes vanilla instant pudding (or 3 small)
4 cups milk
1 8-oz cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk together; add cream cheese.
Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set. Put Cool Whip on top.
Keep refrigerated.
