No Bake Dateballs
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Dates, cut up
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Rice Krispies
Coconut
In a 2 quart saucepan mix sugar, eggs, and dates.
Stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until mixture pulls away from pan.
Cook 3 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and nuts.
Fold in cereal. Butter fingers to form into balls. Roll balls into coconut.
Makes a great Holiday treat!
