2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon
4-6 Slices Bread (white or wheat)

Whisk first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Dip the bread on both sides in the mixture and place in an oiled skillet or griddle.

Brown both sides, butter and serve with syrup, jelly, preservatives, or honey.
