Easy Hash Brown Potatoes

2 lb. Frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream

Topping: 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs or 2 cups cornflakes crushed, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Thaw potatoes and combine with all ingredients, except for the corn flake mix.
Place in an oiled 9x12 baking dish and sprinkle topping evenly on the top.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350
