Orange Lemon Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
3 Lemons
2 Oranges
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Parsley
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup White Wine
Place chicken in a 9 by 9 pan and squeeze oranges and lemons over the chicken.
Add the olive oil and all spices to the pan and coat the chicken well in the mixture.
Place in preheated 400º oven, reduce heat to 350º and cook until tender.
Add white wine and broil for 15 minutes or until crisp.
