Queso Dip

4 oz Green Chiles
8 oz Half and Half
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1/2 Onion, diced or sliced
2 tbsp Butter

In a sauce pan, sautee onion in butter until clear.
Over low heat stir in cubed velveeta.
As the cheese melts, add Half and Half slowing, stirring constantly.
When melted, stir in green chiles. Cook until chiles are warm.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Note:
Dice or slice the onion. It really depends on your preference.
