Sausage Balls

1 Pound Pan Sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
10 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
3 Cups Pioneer Biscuit Mix
1/2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce

Mix all together. Form into balls the size of a walnut.

Freeze overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on a cookie sheet.
