Snickerdoodles
1 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 Tsp Salt
Cream butter eggs and sugar. Mix in dry dry ingredients.
Roll into walnut size balls. Roll in mixture of 1 Tbsp sugar and 2 Tsp cinnamon.
Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until browned, but still soft.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
