Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

12 Jalapenos
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
6 Strips of Bacon

1. Split one side of the Jalapeno lengthwise and remove seeds. (I use a spoon and gloves)
2. Using a spoon, stuff the Jalapenos with cream cheese.
3. Wrap stuffed Jalapeno tightly with a half strip of bacon.
4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 f for 30 minutes.

One trick to this recipe is that the more seeds you remove, the milder the pepper.
Depending on the size of the pepper, cook time may be shorter than 30 minutes. Rule of thumb, when the bacon is cooked, the peppers are done. Over cooking will cause the cream cheese to pop out of the pepper.
Once you have tried this recipe, you will never want a fried stuffed Jalapeno!
