2 2/3 Cups Flour
2 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs, well Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla and mixture of flour, baking powder and salt and blend together.
Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll to 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured cutting board.
Cut out and place on ungreased baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar.
