Artichoke Companata

1 (14 ounce) can Artichokes-well drained (Not Marinated)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Asiago Cheese
3-4 Gloves Fresh Garlic minced

Using an electric mixer, mix the artichokes and mayonnaise until nearly smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Best when allowed to refrigerate over night.

Serve with snack crackers or breadsticks.
