Beer Bread

3 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 12 Ounce Can Room Temperature Beer
2 T Sugar

Measure flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, pour the beer into the well.
Add the sugar, and mix by hand, just until it's blended.
Pour/spoon the thick batter into a greased pan.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes, take out, top with melted margarine, return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

If you don't have self-rising flour, use regular flour and add about 3 tablespoons baking powder.
