Beef Kabobs
1 Lb Sirlion Steak (cut in 1 inch cubes)
12 Mushrooms
1 Bell Pepper (cut in 1 inch squares)
4 12 Inch Skewers
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Whisk the last six ingredients in a large bowl. Add meat, mushrooms and bell pepper to the bowl and coat well. Place meat, mushrooms and bell pepper on skewers in a random order. Broil in oven or grill for 10-15 minutes (for rare to medium) turning occasionally and brush with remaining mixture.
Note: add 5 minutes cook time for medium to well done.
