Bloody Mary
2 Cans V-8 Juice (11.5 oz cans)
1 tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce, or to taste
1 tbsp. lime juice, or juice of 1 lime
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 cup vodka
Celery salt and kosher salt for glasses
4 stalks celery
Combine all ingredients except vodka in a blender. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for about 6 hours
To serve, add the vodka to the tomato mixture and stir to blend.
Pour over glasses with ice and garnish with celery stalks.
Makes 4 8oz drinks
