Luci's Fudge Brownies

3/4 C Flour
1/2 C + 1 T Cocoa
1/4 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
5 T Butter
1 1/4 C Sugar
1 Large Egg
2 Large Egg Whites
1 t. Vanilla

Whisk first four ingredients.
Melt Butter on the stove and remove.
Add sugar to melted Butter. (mixture will be sandy)
Add eggs, and vanilla.
Add dry to wet ingredients.
Spread in a greased 9x13 in pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven. 350 degrees, or 325 degrees for a glass pan.
