Peaches and Cream Cheesecake

3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 package vanilla flavored pudding mix, small one
3 tbsp butter or margarine softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 can sliced peaches, drained and must be a 16 oz can, save 4 tbsp peach juice
1 package low fat cream cheese softened.........(8oz)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Grease a 10 inch springform pan and put it aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes on high.
Pour this mixture into the pan and arrange peaches over the top of the crust.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, 4 tbsp peach juice and sugar.
Pour over peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the top of the cheesecake.
Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven until golden brown....for 30 to 45 min.......
