Delicious "healthy" Chicken and Pasta

1 lb. penne pasta
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
1 can whole plum tomatoes
10 to 12 Mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast or thighs
dried Italian season
adobo(goya) a seasoning found in Spanish section

Cut chicken in cubes, chop peppers, slice mushrooms and tomatoes.
Spray pan with oil and heat to med high. Add chicken and cook about 5 min.
Add peppers and mushrooms
Shake on seasonings about a Tbsp of each cover and cook for 5mins.
Add sliced tomatoes and half of the juice.
Cover and reduce heat to low for 25min.

Serve over cooked pasta.
