Chili

10 Cups Water
3 Cups Dry Pinto Beans
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 Tsp Salt
2 Lbs Ground Beef
1 Onion (diced)
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Cayene Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Flour

In a 5 to 6 quart crock pot, add water, beans, oil and salt and start to cook on high.
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions to beef and sautee until clear.
Add the beef and all other ingredients to the crock pot (except for the flour) and cook covered for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

Use the flour to thicken if needed.
