Chili Con Queso

1 Table Spoon Vegetable Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 14-oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced
4 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1/4 Cup Light Cream

Saute onion in a skillet until tender.
Add tomatoes and pepper and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Over medium heat add cheese and cream stir continuously.

Serve warm with tortilla chips
