Corn Casserole
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup fine salted cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb. can of cream style corn
3 eggs beaten
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
In a bowl combine and mix well the corn, milk, cracker crumbs, eggs, onions, salt and pepper.
Pour half the mixture in a well greased 8" square baking dish. Then put half the cheese on top.
Pour rest of mixture in and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake uncovered in oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
