Cranberry Pecan Dip

8oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Dried cranberries
1/4 cup Choppped pecans
1/8 cup Orange Juice Concentrate
1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Use electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
Transfer to a separate bowl and combine all other ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Some settling will occur.

Best served with your favorite crackers. I use Town House and Wheat Thins.

Serves 6-8, I usually double the recipe.
