Texas Jambalaya
Entree(Sausage,Chicken,or Shrimp)
(1)-1014 Onion
15 oz (1)-Rotel Tomato
15 oz (1)-Stewed Tomato (Whole or Chopped)
1-2 Cups White Rice
Spices (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Cheyenne Pepper, etc....)
I use fully cooked sausage (beef or polish) sausage.
Brown sausage with onion and spices then add to rice 5 minutes before rice is fully cooked.
Cook rice 1 cup rice / 2 cups water substituting 1/2 - 1 cup of water with juice from Rotel and Stewed tomato's.
Serve with ice cold beer!!!!
