Mulligatawny

4 cups chicken broth
(bouillon or canned broth works best)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (16oz) can undrained tomatoes, cut
1 medium cooking apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon sugar or splenda
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

Combine and heat at a slow boil,long enough to cook carrots.

I add extra apple, carrot, celery and onion.
