Mushroom Risotto
1/4 Cup Margarine
3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Long Grain Rice (uncooked)
2 Cups Chicken or Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1/4 Teaspoon Sage
1/3 Cup Red or White Wine
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Bring broth to a boil. Add all ingredients, except for Parmesan Cheese.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in parmesan cheese and serve.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
