Onion Mushroom Pork Chops

5-6 Pork Chops
1 Pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4-5 Small White Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
3 cups hot water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place Pork Chops in 9x13 baking dish, salt and pepper on both sides.
Put sliced mushrooms on and around pork chops.
Mix pkg. of Lipton Onion Soup mix with water stir well and pour over Pork Chops.
Cook in 300 degree oven for about 1 hour, turning Pork chops occasionally.

Tip: use salt sparingly, the onion soup mix contains salt.
