Pan Fried Potatoes
4 Medium Potatoes
1/2 Onion (diced)
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Peel potatoes and slice thin.
Fry onions in oil in a covered skillet until clear.
Add potatoes, cover and fry over medium heat until brown on one side (approximately 10 minutes).
Flip potatoes carefully with a spatula and fry until brown.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with table mustard!
