Pico De Gallo
5 Fresh Medium Tomatoes
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Tsp Parsely
1 Tsp Cilantro
1 to 2 Jalapeņos
Cut tomatoes into small cubes and dice the onion and jalapeņo.
In a bowl combine all ingredients and let chill for 30 minutes and serve.
Note: the juicier the jalapeņo, the hotter the pico!
