Salsa de Queso (Cheese Sauce)
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Chopped onion
1/2 Cup Grated American cheese (or cut in small cubes)
3/4 Cup water
1-2 Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1-2 Tomatoes, chopped (optional)
Saute onion in oil until translucent.
Add cheese, tomatoes, and jalapenos.
When cheese begins to melt add water slowly.
Simmer for 4-6 minutes or until smooth.
