Sausage and Cheese Frittata
10 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 (12 ounce) package ground pork breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until well blended.
Melt butter in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add half of the egg mixture.
Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese.
Add remaining egg mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
