Sausage Balls
1 lb Breakfast Sausage
4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
2 C Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
1 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes (cayenne)
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine sausage and cheese in a mixing bowl then slowly add the dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Roll in to 1 inch balls. Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
Bake on 350f for 20 to 25 minutes.
