Sausage Bean Soup
3/4 lb Italian sauage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
1 can 15 1/2 oz butter beans drained
1can15 1/2 oz black beans drained
1 can15 1/2 oz great northen beans drained
1 can15 1/2 oz diced tomatoes undrained
1 can 14 1/2 oz beef broth
1 tablespoon basil fresh or dried
cook sausage onion & garlic till browned and drain
put in large sauce pan and add beans tomatoes broth & basil cover and simmer about 10 to 15 min.
