Stay In Bed Stew
2 lb. Beef cubes
6-8 white potatoes
8-10 carrots
1 stalk of celery
4 Tbsp. Tapioca pudding
2 tsp. Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper 1 medium onion
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can water
Clean and cube all vegetables.
Add beef. Mix soup and water. Pour over meat and vegetables.
Sprinkle with pudding, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 325* for 3-4 hours in covered casserole.
