Taco Soup
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (28 oz)
2 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 Cup Picante Sauce
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn, undrained (17 oz cans)
2 Cans Pinto Beans, undrained (16 oz cans)
2 Cups Water
Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain grease.
In a large pot, combine all ingredients and stir.
Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
